The parties recognize that the Company is navigating an extensive period of rapidly-evolving change in the Media industry. The parties also recognize the impact of technological change and the additional knowledge required of employees in the MMJ, MMJ/Anchor, Sr MMJ and Sr MMJ/Anchor classifications. The Company and the Union commit to continue their ongoing open dialogue with employees in the MMJ, MMJ/Anchor, Sr MMJ and Sr MMJ/Anchor classifications regarding the structure of their workday and the duties and responsibilities assigned to them giving full consideration to issues of concern and where deemed appropriate, working towards creative solutions to address those concerns.
