Whereas the Company is currently reviewing its future business operational needs and assessing teleworking opportunities.
This confirms the Company’s intention to consider requests from employees or groups of employees interested in teleworking and whose job functions are suitable for such an arrangement. Requests will be considered based on business needs.
The Company may also want to set up a teleworking program to meet the business needs of the Company.
In each of the situations mentioned above, the Company agrees to meet with the Union to discuss the terms and conditions. It is also understood that the terms must comply with the Corporate Policy on Teleworking, which may be amended from time to time.
