This Agreement shall commence on the 1st day of January 2024 and remain in force until the 31st day of December 2026 and shall be renewed automatically from year to year thereafter, unless either party notifies the other by registered mail, not more than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days and not less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date of expiry or anniversary of such date, of its intention to modify this Agreement. In the event such notice is given, this Agreement shall continue in full force until a new Agreement is concluded or until the requirements of the Canada Labour Code relating to strike or lockout have been met, whichever occurs first.
